📋 GENERAL BUYING & SELLING RULES All listings must include a timestamped photo showing the current date and seller’s username. An asking price is required. No “offers only” posts. All sale or trade posts must be made only in the designated marketplace channel (#collector-corner or your chosen marketplace channel). No For Sale or Trade posts are allowed in the slabs or singles channels. Only verified members may list items for sale or trade. To list items for sale, a valid Government Issued ID is required for the safety of our community. Price gouging is not allowed. Moderators may remove or reject listings with excessive pricing. Unverified members are not permitted to buy, sell, or trade. 💰 CLAIM SALE RULES Items may include a Buy It Now (BIN) price and/or a minimum bid. You may claim the item instantly at the BIN price at any time by commenting “take” or “claim.” Bidding defaults to $1 increments unless otherwise stated on the post. Sales tax applies to all buyers located in the state of California. A 5% discount (before tax) is offered for cash orders picked up in person. 🔁 BACKUP CLAIMS If an item has already been claimed, you may comment “backup” to be next in line. If the original buyer fails to pay or backs out, the item will be offered to the first backup. Backup claims are not binding, but they should be made in good faith. Only comment “backup” if you are prepared to follow through if contacted. 🧾 PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are sent once the sale ends. Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. 🚫 NON-PAYMENT POLICY First non-payment will result in a warning. Second non-payment will result in a permanent ban from all future claim sales and marketplace access. By registering for verification or participating in any sales activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
