SummitLabs makes it easy to consign Pokémon cards through multiple selling options. Choose auctions on alt.xyz or Fanatics Collect, or choose Buy It Now through Fanatics Collect. For auctions, enter the estimated hammer price (winning bid before the 20% buyer’s premium). The advertised buyer-facing price is the hammer price plus 20%. Auction fee tiers, fees, and seller payouts are all calculated using the hammer price. For Buy It Now submissions, enter the expected listing sale price.

How to Submit Your Cards

  1. Fill Out a Submission Form
    • Name and contact information
    • Platform and submission type
    • Line items
    • Estimated hammer price for auctions, or estimated listing price for Buy It Now. Use a reasonable value.
    • Payout information
    Please ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.
  2. Find a Drop-Off Location
    • In-store: During regular hours at 1425 Marcelina Ave, Torrance, CA 90501
    • At an event: Find us at an upcoming event.
    • Mail In: Contact us.
  3. Wait for Your Payout!
    Once your cards sell and payment is processed, we'll handle the rest.

Fanatics Collect handles applicable sales taxes. Your estimated payout shown above is calculated as For auctions, the fee and payout are calculated from the hammer price (winning bid), not the advertised price. The advertised price includes the 20% buyer’s premium. For Buy It Now, the fee is calculated from the entered sale price.

Payouts

  1. Sales over $2,500
    Payouts are sent via ACH once the sale has been processed and funds are available. Processing times may vary, and we monitor payout progress so payment can be sent as soon as possible.
  2. Sales under $2,500
    Payouts are sent via ACH on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month for all sold items under your user account.

    Please ensure your payment information is correct and up to date so that payouts can be processed on time.
