CLAIM SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS By participating in our claim sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions. -- PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT -- Participation in claim sales is binding. When you claim or bid on an item, you are committing to purchase it. To claim a listing, comment "take" or "claim" under the item. The first visible valid claim will be honored. To make an offer, comment "Bid $" (example: "Bid $40"). All bids are binding. -- RULES -- Items may include a Buy It Now (BIN) price and/or a minimum bid. You may claim the item instantly at the BIN price at any time by commenting “take” or “claim.” You may also start bidding by placing a bid equal to or above the posted minimum bid. Bids must be made in $1 increments. Sales tax applies to all buyers located in the state of California. A 5 percent discount (before tax) is offered for cash orders picked up in person. -- BACKUP CLAIMS -- If an item is already claimed, you may comment "backup" to be next in line. If the original buyer fails to pay or backs out, the item will be offered to the first backup. Backup claims are not binding but should be made in good faith. Only comment "backup" if you are prepared to purchase if contacted. -- PAYMENT TERMS -- Invoices are sent after the sale ends. Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. -- NON-PAYMENT POLICY -- First non-payment will result in a warning. Second non-payment will result in a permanent ban from all future claim sales. By signing up or participating, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
